If you have no other option.... you'd still be better off sleeping in your car.

There was just one chair for a room with one king-size bed. There was a huge, sticky white stain all over the seat of that single chair. No desk chair, no drawers in the desk, no drawers in the night stand. The ceiling leaked all night (in room 132) from the upstairs air-conditioner... the water kept running down the wall and splashing down onto the shade of the wobbly floor lamp by the single chair in the room. And when it splashed off the lampshade, it kept splashing next to the outlet the floor lamp was plugged into, so I was scared to leave that on. When I called the front desk about it that night to report that this was a serious problem and probably a fire hazard, all the manager said was Oh, okay. Next morning, on checkout, same reaction, no offer of a refund/discount/whatever, no apology or vague claim that it would be looked at right away, nothing. There was mold and mildew on the walls of the bathroom and the dividing wall between the shower/toilet area and the bedroom part of the room. Again, when I called about it that night and complained on checking out, no reaction, no apology, nothing happened. They clearly just didn't care. I'd asked for a wakeup call when I checked in; when I checked out and asked why I'd *also* never gotten the wakeup call at the time I'd asked for or at any other time, the only reaction from the front desk clerk and the front desk manager was Oh, did you ask for one? Oh. Well, they should have told you, our phone system has been broken for the last three weeks, we can't do wakeup calls at all. Some call charges were spelled out on the card on the phone itself, but local calls weren't addressed at all, and one flyer in the otherwise empty and useless three-ring binder of room info claimed that local calls weren't free, so it took three calls to the front desk to finally get a straight answer about this. (Yes, they're free, but good grief, even at this horrible hotel, it shouldn't be so difficult to get a simple answer, should it?) Terrible experience in every way, even with similarly-priced hotels on every side of the Ramada... they just clearly couldn't care less about any problems with the rooms. They had similar reactions when other people complained about similar problems while I was waiting to checkout. I used to look for Ramada hotels to stay in, but the Ramada by the Orlando airport is so horrible and terrible, I'll keep looking and stay in places where they actually care at all.

ok for over night stay

It was ok for a over night stay. The airconditoner broke. There was so much dirt and dust in it that it stop working. All the guy did was take his hand and wipe it off. We asked to be move to another room due to alergies to dust and they said no. Because they got it working. Very unhappy about that. Bed spreads were very old looking. Tv was discolored due to someone taking a magnet at touching the screen with it. Ok for over night stay but not any longer

Very clean and great pool

I was very satisfied with the overall service provided by the hotel staff, and with the pool. The air conditioning was also very refreshing. I would definitely go back, and I do recommend it to Orlando visitors.

friendly with amenities

The Ramdada Orlando Airport was very comfortable, quiet and clean. The check in went smoothly and the staff very friendly. The deluxe continental breakfast consisted of bagels, scrambled eggs, toast muffins, fresh fruit, juices, cereals, condiments and several beverages. I was late for the free happy hour, but there really was one. I came in at 11:00 pm at the airport and was still able to get a free shuttle to the hotel. The driver was very friendly. I definitely will stay there again next time I'm in town. The Ramada is a great value.

No Food!

The Ramada was a nice surprise! The pool area was very nice especially once we switched to a room with a pool view. The rooms were what we expected and the staff was up to par as well. The Ramada did have a free breakfast buffet that they offered in the morning which was pretty good but we wound up having to order delivery for dinner. Overall though the Ramada was a good stay for the price but beware...There Is No Restaraunt!
