Maritim's location is great
The Maritim is a very nice hotel about three blocks from the Nuremberg HBF (main train/subway/streetcar) station. It is walking distance from the main commercial district as well. Additionally, the staff there was greatly helpful and fluent in English (big help to me). Really, the only comment I have that is not praise is that they do not have a free breakfast. However, once again, you are walking distance to all the great shops Nuremberg has to offer.

Learn how to use the streetcars and trains. Very cheap and very effective. Easy to learn the system as well.

Another night at the Maritim
Always pleased with my stay at this hotel. Clean rooms, decent gym (no weights) great location by the train station, just outside the old city walls!

We were generally disappointed when comparing to [...] and other reviews that led to this selection. There were other hotels within the historic district that we comaprably priced that were rejected for the Maritim which is outside the historic district. Perhaps our expectations were set overly high as a result of out prior research.

The location was very convenient
The location was very convenient as it was 5 min walk from the train station. Our room was comfortable and spacious but the whole floor smelled of smoke. We are non smokers so this was not appreciated.The breakfast buffet was excellent.

Conveniently located, right next
Conveniently located, right next to the central railway station and within a ten minute walking distance to the old town and the Christmas markets. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. The bar offers a very good option in the evenings for a drink with live music. The staff is friendly and willing to help. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Nuremburg, either for pleasure or for business.

Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage,
Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, ca. 5 Minuten vom Zentrum bzw. Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Die Damen am Empfang waren sehr nett und die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr sauber. Alles in Allem ein sehr netter Aufenthalt.
