A great product with excellent transport links to either the city centre or the nearby trade fair ground. 12/08SR The hotel is a modern red brick, high rise building. The main drive way leading up to the entrance and the car park to the rear of the hotel, passes between the main doors to the reception and the entrance to the restaurants. The hotel is situated on the outskirts of the city about a fifteen minute drive from the centre. The hotel has excellent train links directly into the city centre from the underground train stop at the hotel called Gemeinschftshaus/Langwasser on Line U1.

The rooms are medium in size and tastefully decorated with all the modern amenities. Furniture is light wood with carpets and soft furnishings in burgundy red. Bathrooms are also in good condition.

The main restaurant Arve, is an excellent quality gourment restaurant. It is large in size and features traditional rustic decor also giving a rich, cosy atmosphere and offers a rich gormet menu. The Arvena Garden restaurant is situated in a winter garden style and is more casual in atmosphere offering traditional and regional dishes. The hotel also has a large bar area with outdoor terrace and indoor seating.

Easy to get to the hotel from

Easy to get to the hotel from the DB train station for 2 Euros or 15 Euros one way in the taxi. The front desk has great English to communicate you the correct directions for the U-bahn to hotel, it is right across the street. The area is located in a nice location if you are here for any big conventions, quiet neighborhood. Room was clean, wel laid out. Gentlemen, for those that like their pants pressed, they have pant press ironing board in the rooms. Bathrooms are clinical white, clean and water pressure is good. Beds are single size greeted with gummy bears on your pillow. Internet has to be purchased in time increments at the front desk or 9 Euros for 24 hours. Breakfast is a nice, typical hot and cold continential. Interesting pates- I must say! Since I was just stayed for one night, I purchased an all day u-bahn pass for transportation for 4 Euros and can be bought at the front desk (easier then trying to read German instructions on the machine).

Sehr empfehlenswert

Sehr professioneller und freundlicher Empfang, extrem rasche Abwicklung beim Check in und Check out, sauberes, schönes und großes Zimmer, extrem schönes Badezimmer, extrem gute Wlan Verbindung im Zimmer ohne Nebenkosten.

An alles gedacht

Endlich mal ein Business Hotel in dem man sich auch privat wohlfühlen kann. Statt dass viel in Schnickschnack und Design investiert wurde, hat man bei der Hotelausstattung eigentlich nichts vergessen. Vom Hosenbügler bis zum Teekocher, vom Flachfernseher bis zum Wlan -- alles da.
