The overall impression of the hotel is that this is a comfortable hotel with a bright modern style and friendly staff.
0610 hm The building is a modern block with no particularly interesting features. The hotel is located just west of Schwabing, well known for it's many pubs and restaurants and is a short drive or walk to the famous Olympic Park. The nearest underground station to the city centre is Hohenzollernplatz and is four stops from the main train station.

- The rooms are very large in size and in very good condition, as are the bathrooms. The decor is simple and plain with a mainly light grey colour scheme and modern, practical furniture. Some "twin" rooms consist of a double beds plus a high quality couch converted to make a comfortable bed.

- The breakfast and dining rooms are reached down a set of stairs at the rear of the lobby. There are two breakfast rooms, both elegantly decorated. There is also a small bistro attached to the hotel.
