Unbeatable for Munich
Hotel looks brand new rooms were just redone. I reserved a single, room was small but had everything you needed including mini bar! Hotel had a small pub next to the lobby and restaurant. Underground was directly across the street in a quiet part of the city about a 5 minute ride to downtown Munich. Excellent value and I would stay there again.

Value for Money Excellent Location
We were on a business trip. The staff were so helpful. The train station is just across the street. Excellent service

Comfortable and convenient
Hotel was right across the street from the Underground station, an easy ride to old town Munich. Staff was friendly and helpful, spoke English. Several different restaurants nearby, the Chinese restaurant was excellent.

Took the train from hotel to Schloss Nymphemburg- highly recommended day trip. Wonderful old buildings, royal coach museum, beautiful grounds to walk and have picnic lunch.

Reasonable price a short hop from center
The hotel is nice. Nothing fancy, not in the center of town, but good enough for budget business travel. Matresses were horrible. Very soft.

Nice hotel out of the hustle and bustle
Location is literally on top of a U-bahn (subway) station. Takes only 5-10 minutes to get to the middle of town. Hotel is in a nice, quiet and safe area away from the hustle and bustle of the city center.

Great for travelers
This was not only our first trip to Munich, but also our first trip to Europe, so we were a little apprehensive. This hotel turned out to be a gem. It's located in a quiet neighborhood (we could sleep with our second floor window open at night). We were quite pleased with the English speaking staff and felt at home. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The train station directly across the street made travel around the city and the region quite convenient. 5 stars!

Nice people
The Park Liam Hotel has some of the nicest, most helpful staff. The hotel is right next to the subway, so access to downtown Munich is easy. However, the hotel is not within walking distance of either the downtown or the Octoberfest area.
