Leonardo Hotel and Residenz Muenchen

This was visit #2 to Leonardo Residenz Muenchen for me. I enjoy the neighborhood feel rather than the hustle of City Central and the subway is a very short walk. Two great restaurants are here; a family owned Croatian down the street and an Italian adjoining the Hotel. I would like to see a breakfast for a bit less than 12 Euros. There is a small grocery store across the street to save on water and light food and there was a small refrigerator, microwave and stove in the room. A quiet place, clean, good service and just the right sized room for 1 or 2. Mine had a small balcony which was pleasant. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Went there due to the 4 star rating on Orbitz and another website. Location is not bad. 4 stops away from the Central Station. Looks nothing like a 4 star. Lobby looks like a 2 star property and staff was very pushy, rude, and arrogant. Thought it was a language barrier but they all spoke English. Very impish and condescending in their dialogue. No air-conditioning, No ice, Wi-fi for high prices, mini-bar empty, bar maid not nice. Just one thing after another. If this place was advertised as a 2-star property, it might be just okay.

We got in to the hotel at 9 AM after an 12 hour overnight train ride from Amsterdam. We were going to drop our bags and wander the city, but the girl at the front desk checked us in an got us a room right away (which was great because we needed a nap and shower!) Bed was comfy and bathroom had lots of room. There was an outdoor terrace, which was nice for letting in the fresh air. Quiet neighbourhood, quiet hotel. Close to the S-Bahn, only two stops away from the fairgrounds (Oktoberfest). Very clean, staff great! A bit pricey, but that's what you get when you book a room for Thursday - Saturday during the last weekend of Oktoberfest. Much better prices than hotels that were within walking distance, so that we had to take the subway didn't even matter.

Hotel was nice and clean. Crew was very hospital. No any problems during the stay. Room (superior class) was excellent. Internet connection little bit too expensive. Breakfast good but expensive (15 €).

I was informed that the hotel is within walking distance from the shopping centre of Marine Platz. This is wrong as you need 3 stops by train to reach there. We also were misinformed that the price I paid included breakfast. This was conformed by a direct telephone call to the hotel before arrival and directly by a receptionist on arrival. Unfortunately, we were asked to pay for breakfast on check out. I would not stay in this hotel again.

very disappointed. did not get the beds(single beds) we requested, staff were unable to make decisions with out manager who was away??? has kitchenette in room but no utenziles to use it and wanted 25 euros to hire a set of cutlery and a glass or mug rooms were small and cramped and very hot. stayed in same hotel 3 years ago under different management and was so so much better.

Alles sauber und korrekt, Lage wirklich gut (U-Bahn sehr nahe). Haben anfangs ein falsches (kleineres) Zimmer gekriegt als bezahlt und wurden erst nach ein wenig Überzeugungsarbeit umgesiedelt. Superior-Zimmer sind aber recht schön und haben sogar eine kleine Schrankküche. Eine gute Sache fanden wir auch den Gratis-Veloverleih (trotz Plattfuss nach 3km). Das Beste war allerdings die Business-Lounge mit Kaffeemaschine zur freien Verfügung und Croissants am Morgen. Achtung für Reisende mit Auto: Hotel liegt in der Innenstadt, man braucht eine Umweltplakette, um reinfahren zu dürfen... Schlussendlich waren wir nicht begeistert, aber eigentlich war's ganz ok...

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist gut, die nächste U-Bahn Station ist direkt vor dem Hotel und ins Stadtzentrum sind es nur wenige Stationen.

コインランドリーがあるということで、少し中心から離れてますが、ここを選びました。 お部屋も広く、バルコニーもあり、バスタブもありました。 地下鉄駅からも遠くなく、スーパーも近くにあるので便利でした。
