Arrived after 2pm but no room available. Lobby full of others also waiting on rooms. Counter agent dismissive - that's just the way it is. Finally gave me a room - a VERY small room on top floor with angled ceiling that repeatedly bumps my head. However, in this case, it was the only room available so i kept it.

Good value for vacationers
Very good value for vacationers, convenient location, comfortable, affordable, with free pass for subway. Slow internet and not appropriate for business users.
