Munich Stay
This hotel was close to all the places I wanted to go. A very short walk from the Bahnhof and a short walk from all the nightlife I wanted to visit in Munich.

Close to Hbf
I have stayed there four times in the last three years and always had a pleasant experience. Will go there again later this year. The staff, and that is everybody, is friendly and helpful , It is only a few minutes walk ti the main train station and a nice walk to Marienplatz.

Munich's Hotel Royal is not for me!
This hotel is conveniently located a block from the main train station in Munich. It provides a clean place to sleep. There is a lift to get you and your luggage to your floor. Beyond that, I cannot recommend it. The location is in the middle of a block filled with strip clubs and table dance clubs. An early evening arrival found the "employees" out front. The bathroom is the smallest I've seen outside a travel trailer. Hardly room to turn around in the shower. There is no air conditioning and no electric fan available to help make the room more comfortable. Should I visit Munich again, I will stay elsewhere.
