good price for how close we were to down town Munich, near by underground station, quiet location, we would come back

This place isn't great, but the price was right. The selling point here is that it's steps from the English Garden. Got a great rate while we were visiting for Oktoberfest.

nice clean hotel, rooms are basic but have mini bar, pillows are very soft (not the best), staff are great, very helpful, 200m from nearest subway was good, and very close to the english garden and surfers. overall 6/10

The instructions to find the hotel from the U-Bahn were not detailed enough, that is about the only criticism I have for the hotel. The room had enough space, it was clean and neat and there was a refrigerator, microwave and coffee/tea. The bathroom was clean (one of the most important things for me) and modern, though the shower was a little uncomfortable, as you stood on the drain to be under the shower head. We easily walked to Marienplatz and other attractions and the neighborhood around the hotel was quiet and safe. We had breakfast one morning and it was a typical European breakfast, but very good with plenty of good fresh options, though at 12 Euros, it was a little expensive. We would definitely stay here again, though I think the hotel is generally more expensive in busier times. It was perfect for what we paid, but it is not a luxury hotel that I would pay a lot for.

The room was clean but very small, the shower stall was tiny. Quiet, central location. Personnel were friendly and helpful. I didn't like the fact that the reception was left unoccupied during the night (which during my stay resulted in a bunch of rowdy drunks getting into the hotel and banging on doors for an hour). Internet was not included with the room and was quite pricey.

Well located to English Gardens and Marienplatz - an easy walk. Very well kept rooms with friendly service. Small downside: only CNN for English speakers.

overall, a postive experience at this hotel. some irritations included: bed too hard, pillow too soft, bedclothes too hot; not enough clothes hangers in cupboard; very poor room lighting - impossible to read in bed at night; no free wifi - I've stayed at much cheaper hotels in Istanbul that have free wifi that works perfectly; in fact, I'm typing this in my room at a hotel in Istanbul.

Wir waren für 4 Nächte im Parkhotel und waren zufrieden damit. Da wir sehr spät angekommen sind, wurde der Hotelschlüssel für uns draussen deponiert und mit einem Code konnten wir ihn problemlos beziehen. Die Lage ist für München gut, U-Bahn liegt in der Nähe und trotzdem ist es nicht sehr laut. Frühstück haben wir nicht genützt.

Hôtel très bien situé notamment pour les visiteurs accédant à Munich en voiture car il est simple à trouver et dispose d'un parking et d'un garage souterrain bien pratiques. Le quartier de Lehel est calme et à proximité immédiate du centre ville (à pied Marien Platz ou centre de l'Englischer Garten à 1/4 h, Hof Garten à 5mn...). Calme ne signifie pas désert : il y a quelques restaurants et tous les commerces de première nécessité à 2 pas si on souhaite par exemple improviser un pique-nique au Hof Garten tout proche). De +, le métro Lehel est à 5mn comme le tram (direct pour le parc et château de Nymphenburg pourtant situés à l'opposé de la ville ou encore le quartier animé de Glockenbach). Nous avons apprécié l'efficacité de l'accueil et le confort moderne des chambres.
