enjoyed our stay
Hotel is in a great location, nice shopping and tourist area. Hotel staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Only warning is to check if your breakfast is included or not. We were charged 20 euros a person (4 of us) even though my wife only had coffee one morning. (Great buffet btw but for $20 euros?). Besides that the hotel itself is highly recommended by us as a stay.

Old world charm close to train station
We wanted a hotel that was located close to the central train station in Munich, and also within walking distance of the Oktoberfest venue. This hotel is perfect from a location standpoint. It is also located near the main pedestrian malls and the Munich Rathaus/Glockenspiel. We were very pleasantly surprised with the friendliness of the staff, the room comfort, and amenities, including a very fast internet. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Rate was very high for the room
Rate was very high for the room we were given, which did not have a proper bed in the room. The only positive of the hotel was the location.

Zentral und freundlich, aber!
Das Hotel liegt an einer sehr guten lage, zentral in der nähe vom Bahnhof, und auch nahe beim Zentrum. Wir wurden mit einem süssen Gebäck begrüsst als wir angekommen waren - eine nette Geste. Leider war das zimmer sehr kalt, die Isolation veraltet, das gleiche trifft auch auf die Elektronik zu. Wir mussten zusätzlich miterleben, wie zwei ahnungslose Liftmechaniker am Hauptlift hantierten - was zu einem mulmigen Gefühl geführt hat.

great location, helpful stuff
A very nice hotel in the centre of Munich, the personnel was language skilled, very friendly and ready to answer every question and help with any situation. The breakfast was a bit pricy, but of high quality. The kitchen of the restaurant was really worth tasting. Very well noise-isolated. Wi-Fi was not always working well, but otherwise it was absolutely value for money.

henkilökunta
muuten täydellinen, mutta vaikka henkilökunta oli aina erinomaisen ystävällinen, niin yhtenäkään päivänä yksikään tiskin takana ei tervehtinut. tervehtimiseen olen Suomessa tottunut (n. 1500 yötä hotellissa ).

Parfait emplacement
Très bon emplacement dans cette rue piétonne très calme, même pendant Oktoberfest. Très bon service également. Juste la Discothèque bruyante pour nos chambres du second étage.

Schön eingerichtet, gute Lage, freundliches Service
Das Hotel war spitze und wir würden es sofort wieder wählen!! Das Frühstück war toll, die Betten sehr angenehm, das Personal ausnahmslos freundlich. Für Bahnreisende ideal, weil man in 2 Minuten im Hotel ist (man kann es nicht verfehlen) und man auch sehr rasch in der Altstadt ist. Wir waren 2 Nächte, und soviel ich auch überleg: ich kann nichts kritisieren, obwohl ich sehr viele Hotels kenne.
