Convenient apartment hotel, close to Munich’s city center

The Citadines Arnulfpark Munich serviced residence is in the new quarter of Arnulfpark, in west Munich, 15 minutes from the city center. The hotel offers 146 apartments over six floors, each with a bathroom, kitchen, television, and telephone. Towels and linens are provided.

Citadines Arnulfpark Munich houses 96 one- and two-person studio apartments, 46 standard one- to four-person apartments, and four large one- to six-person apartments. All accommodations come with a queen bed and sofa bed, bathroom with hairdryer, television with cable channels, telephone with IDD facility, and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Towels and linens are provided, with weekly cleaning and a linen change free once a week. Additional house cleaning is available on request and charged accordingly.

Excellent place to stay for the price.

Security was great. Encoded card to enter, use elevator and it also controlled the power in the room. Location-3 min by tram to train station,walk in 10-15min.Great local cusine 5min walk.

Munich

The Citalines Hotel in Munich was within walking distance of downtown and there was also a tram (if you are traveling with children). The hotel was wonderful. They had unlimited highspeed internet and the studio apartments were very large.

great value for money

Excellent hotel. Easy to get from the train station (walk or take tram 17 to Marsstrasse). Very friendly staff, free internet connection, big rooms, - really nothing to complain. Will definitely be back.

Only stayed for the weekend. First time in Munich visiting the Xmas markets. Very impressed by this hotel. The apartment was excellent and the price even better! Tram stop right outside the door, just a few minutes to the centre. Easy parking nearby if you have a car. Would definitely recommend.

Modern design, spacious and nice

Modern design, spacious and nice facilities, even provides sleepers, so I was very impressed. A few stops to the central and convenient public transport next to the hotel. Excellent value for money, highly recommends it and would stay here again next time if we come to Munich again.

Excellent room with kitchenette

Excellent room with kitchenette and everything you could need, even a dishwasher. Tram stops in front and staff have tickets and are very helpful with maps and anything else you need.

Best value

Can't be beaten for the price. A short walk (or even shorter trolley ride) to the central train station and the downtown area of Munich. Super clean and very accommodating.
