Excellent location right behind
Excellent location right behind the Hauptbahnhof. As it's an InterCity hotel the room comes with a free city travel pass so you can catch the bus or tram the five minutes to the city centre! Staff were friendly and helpful

Clean and comfortable
The hotel was much nicer than anticipated. Everything was new and spotless. The only complaint we had was with the staff. We started with the customary "Do you speak English" and were given a rude response. Also the staff was far too busy doing nothing to help us figure out how to get somewhere nearby. We were told to consult the internet (which of course, you have to pay quite a bit for).

Mainz hotel
The hotel is quite new and very comfortable. Across big intersection from train station. We arrived by boat, so it was a bit difficult to find. (But we left by train, which was very easy.) 10-15 minute walk to city center for sightseeing. Would definitely stay here again. Good value for the price.

Clean, quiet, and good location
Nice hotel, comfortable, with good sound insulation. Located right near the central train station, but very little sound penetration. Included a local bus/train pass for the Mainz/Wiesbaden area with stay. Bus stops to go most places in local area are right in front of the hotel (train station is a 5 min walk) Parking was a little expensive at 14 Euros/day.
