Without a doubt one of the best
Without a doubt one of the best 4 star hotels that I have stayed at. I would definately stay there again on my next visit to leipzig. very impressed

Terrible Service, good location.
If you want good service and good prices, do NOT stay at this hotel.First, they charge you 18 Euros for breakfast, but they do not make this clear (and yes I speak German,so there was no language barrier). I have traveled many many times in Germany, and essentially every hotel includes breakfast with the price of the room, so the fact that this one charges for breakfast is astounding in the first place.Second, they charge for the internet, despite advertising free internet. The free internet is 15 minutes in the lobby. Wireless is 5.50 Euro per day. It gets better.Third, I booked through [...] and then they said that I had not. I printed out all the pages from [...] and my email, and they still questioned me. First,I wasted 30 minutes while checking in. Then, during checkout, they took another 20 minutes. So I almost missed my train. The hotel is nice, but way overpriced. This comes from the location which, to be fair, is very good, being a 5 minute walk from the train station.
