Mercure Hameln - don't bother
Our room was uncomfortable. The carpet was stained and dirty, the room itself was shaped so that very little light came in from the window so it was creepy and dark. The balcony looked out onto an ugly roof and was filthy. We asked for an upgrade or at least a different room but were denied.
