Einfach gut
Komfortable, moderne und schön designte Zimmer. Auch das Spa kann sich sehen lassen. Leider waren während meines Aufenthaltes einige Wasserdüsen des Spa defekt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist enorm reichhaltig. => Ferienreisende könnten daher auf das Mittagessen gleich verzichten.

Verwöhnoase
Nach einer chaotischen Anreise - Streik Lufthansa - wurden wir kompetent und freundlich empfangen. Die Lage zentrale und doch ruhige Lage, mit bestem Anschluss an den ÖV gibt die Möglichkeit die wunderbare Stadt ausgiebig zu erkundigen. Sämtliche Anfragen und Wünsche wurden von den äusserst kompetenten Concierges sofort erledigt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist empfehlenswert, wenn auch preislich an der obersten Grenze.

Sehr schön und zentral gelegen
Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr sauber und schön ausgestattet. Das Hotel liegt mitten in Hamburg, also idealer Ausgangsort für eine Stadtbesichtigung. Würde dieses Hotel immer wieder weiterempfehlen

Sehr schönes Hotel, sehr zentral, sehr gute ÖV-Verbindungen in der Nähe Sauber und gute Ausstattung Habe ohne Frühstück gebucht, denn in der Nähe gab es sehr viele Cafés und Bäckereien.

sehr ruhig und doch zentral gelegen
Leider nur 3 Nächte, wir hätten es noch viel länger ausgehalten :-) Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen, das Personal ist super !

Super!
Es war ein super Aufenthalt im Februar 2012! Durch die sehr kalten Temeraturen, waren wir froh, und ab und zu im schön ausgestalteten Hotelzimmer oder im Spasbereich zu erholen. Persnal hat uns ohne zu zögern ein anderes Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt, da das erste für Menschen mit Behinderung war. Nur zu empfehlen!

Super schönes, sauberes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen & hilfsbereiten Angestellten!! Das Hotel ist super gelegen, inmitten der City und direkt am Fleet!! Die Coctails sind sehr zu empfehlen ;o)!!

Servicewüste Sofitel
Gebucht habe ich ein Doppelzimmer für 2 Personen. Dort angekommen sagte man mir, dass lediglich ein Einzelzimmer für 1 Person zur Verfügung steht. Man versuchte uns mit einer Flasche Champagner und der Ausrede "Wir sind ausgebucht und haben keine DZ mehr verfügbar" zu besänftigen. Habe auf meiner Reservierung bestanden und oh Wunder....auf einmal war ein DZ verfügbar.
