Super!
Es war ein super Aufenthalt im Februar 2012! Durch die sehr kalten Temeraturen, waren wir froh, und ab und zu im schön ausgestalteten Hotelzimmer oder im Spasbereich zu erholen. Persnal hat uns ohne zu zögern ein anderes Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt, da das erste für Menschen mit Behinderung war. Nur zu empfehlen!

Einfach super genial!!!!!
Super schönes, sauberes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen & hilfsbereiten Angestellten!! Das Hotel ist super gelegen, inmitten der City und direkt am Fleet!! Die Coctails sind sehr zu empfehlen ;o)!!

設備は特にネスプレッソがあったのが良かった。 但し部屋に入るのにエレベーターを降りて階段を半階分下りなくてはならない構造は不便。

Servicewüste Sofitel
Gebucht habe ich ein Doppelzimmer für 2 Personen. Dort angekommen sagte man mir, dass lediglich ein Einzelzimmer für 1 Person zur Verfügung steht. Man versuchte uns mit einer Flasche Champagner und der Ausrede "Wir sind ausgebucht und haben keine DZ mehr verfügbar" zu besänftigen. Habe auf meiner Reservierung bestanden und oh Wunder....auf einmal war ein DZ verfügbar.
