Rest and relaxation after long flight
My boyfriend and I stayed in this hotel after a 19 hour flight from the U.S. It was an easy walk from the airport. I mean super easy! The staff was helpful. They all spoke English too. The room was clean, very American. The hotel's day spa is super relaxing too. The Itallian restaurant is very good. I would highly recommend this hotel for travelers.

Can't beat the location if you are leaving on an early flight from Hamburg.

For our one night stay, airport location was ideal with access to inexpensive local transportation systems. Hotel desk clerk was instrumental in assisting us plan our day with purchase of a one day Hamburg Pass on lower level of airport.

Convenient to airport
We were allowed to check in when we arrived early. Staff spent time telling us how to get into Hamburg and where to eat.

very nice and the people where great
The front desk was great and I wish I had got the name of the clerk. She went out of her way to help us with our stay. She also took care e-ticket for my flight the next day. The food was great and the room was tops.
