location not great, unpleasant staff

[...] I had requested two single beds but was given a double bed and more or less made to feel I was lucky to get even that. The man who checked me in was quite unpleasant. [...] Same man at reception and equally unpleasant and insulting. The location is not great, it's a long walk to most things you want to see. There aren't many restaurants in the area.

Waren sehr zufrieden, gut gelegen.

Waren sehr zufrieden, gut gelegen. Leider schon früh morgens Lärm von der Küche, da unser Zimmer darüber lag. Würden aber wieder dorthin gehen

Sehr gute Lage. Das Zentrum oder

Sehr gute Lage. Das Zentrum oder die U-Bahn sind bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Ich hatte ein sehr ruhiges, geräumiges Zimmer zum grünen (Wohn)Hinterhof mit Sicht auf den Fernsehturm. Frühstück mit € 16 viel zu teuer.

Schöne große Zimmer, Personal

Schöne große Zimmer, Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, bei der Reservierung war nicht ersichtlich das für das Frühstück 16€ zu bezahlen sind. Der Gesamtpreis ist jedoch OK.
