All was fine with le Royal Meridien

All was fine with le Royal Meridien - lovely room and good location on the Alter Alster. The only problem (apart from being charged 10 Euros for a coffee with water) was that the lobby bar was opened for smoking in the evening which I might have appreciated a few years ago but not now. The World has moved on from very smoky hotel bars and this was an unwelcome surprise!

Le Meridien Hamburg

Gutes Hotel, sehr hohe Nebenkosten. Parken in der Tiefgarage 26 €.pro Tag Frühstück klein 15€ groß 30€. Ansonsten in Ordnung.

Lage und Ausstattung sind sehr gut

Die Lage und Ausstattung des Hotels sind perfekt. Natürlich auch der Alsterblick beim Frühstück in der 9. Etage oder der Bar. Eine Zumutung allerdings die Raucherbar im EG, keine Lounge-Atmosphäre. Die Qualität der Speisen und die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist verbesserungsfähig. Im Badezimmer / WC-Bereich würde man sich etwas mehr "Privacy" wünschen.

Erinomainen sijainti

Hyvä tasoinen ja miellyttävä hotelli erinomaisella paikalla. Vain 5 minuutin kävelymatka päärautatieasemalle. Shoppailu kadut lähellä.

never again

Dieses Hotel soll ein Luxus Hotel sein, leider ist der Wellness Bereich klein und erinnert mehr an ein öffentliches Schwimmbad. Bademäntel und Handtücher liegen auf dem Boden - die Schrankschlösser aufgebrochen, die Saunen mini klein. Das Zimmer - die Dusche abenteuerlich und die Badewanne braucht Stunden bis sie voll ist. Das Zimmer war schrecklich bunt und hatte einfach 10 grelle grün Nuancen die überhaupt nicht zusammen passen - Horror! Aber die Damen und Herren an der Rezeption interessiert das nicht! Schade!!!!

Lage an der Alster zwar toll -

Lage an der Alster zwar toll - aber ohne View bringts nix! Also Mariott oder Steigenberger liegen da eher im Zentrum. Trotzdem nahe dem Bahnhof und mit U- und S-Bahn oder Taxi ist man im Nu überall. Sauber wars auch und im Grunde alles drin was man braucht (kann man auch erwarten). Service war sehr freudlich. Preis - naja - natürlich sinds 5 Sterne aber 160 Eur pro Nacht ohne Frühstück ist für ein paar Stunden Schlaf mehr als genug.

Sehr schönes neues Hotel in idealer

Sehr schönes neues Hotel in idealer innerstädtischer Lage. Herrliche Aussicht vom Frühstücksraum über die Außenalster. Die Parkgarage ist relativ klein und wurde überbucht (wir wurden trotz gültigem Dauerticket in ein Ausweichquartier verwiesen!)
