Booked a non-smoking room with a pull out bed (traveling with friends0. Got a smoking room with no pull out bed, so the bed had to be shared. Not cool, but since we arrived late on a friday night they claimed that it was all that was left. Also, the breakfast costs 18 Euro. Thats like 23 buck, for BREAKFAST!. Total ripofff. I say book a Gastehaus (german bed/breakfast) instead, it will be way better than this wannabe Holiday in rip-off. From now on I stay at the small, cozy, german gastehaus, or hostel scene because for the price its worth it.

Questionable 4-Star Rating!!!
We spent 2 nights in the very small room of this name brand hotel. The room and the bathroom were too small and crowded to be comfortable and to be considered as 4-Star quality. I was disappointed that I selected this property when there were other quality hotels available that I know had bigger rooms, but I chose the Mecure because of their name brand recognition and reputation. I would not stay at this property again. To the Mecure's credit, the Customer Service delivered by their staff at both Check-in and the Breakfast Buffet was excellent.

Some of the best German restaurants in GAP are only a short walk.
