We were only in Frankfurt for 4 days and the Westin Grand was a great fit for our needs. Located close to a central subway stop, good dining and shopping, the best value for us was upgrading to the Executive Club level. The staff was very helpful and we enjoyed a good breakfast, daily snacks and before dinner glass of wine. Our room was comfortable and we enjoyed a great massage at the spa. i would highly recommend this hotel.

Luxurious Hotel!
Everything was great. Location is 1 minute away from subway and major shopping area. Good room and very clean. Be weary as food is expensive as a euro is treated just like a dollar!

Good but plain
It was a good location and had a very nice lobby and bar area. The rooms were very clean but very plain. No view from the window. Would stay here again.

Westin Grand - Mediocre
Average. Small rooms. Fairly dark. Breakfast not included which is atypical for European Hotels. Nothing stood out as being exemplary.

The Hotel was what we where expecting
The Hotel was what we where expecting and very well located, 2minute walk to underground. The breakfast was a bit expensive at 30 euros ahead.

Consistently good service from all staff. The rooms were a decent size, clean and comfortable. We had a road facing room which was, at times, a bit noisy for our 2 year old - particularly in the early evenings. Conveniently located near the Ziel and the Old Town was easily accessable by foot.
