Family-owned downtown Frankfurt hotel with sauna, pool
The Savoy Hotel is located just a few blocks from the Hauptbahnhof station in downtown Frankfurt. The property boasts a sauna, swimming pool, Swedish solarium and steam room, as well as a state-of-the-art fitness center. Accommodations are modest but perfectly efficient -- spacious work desks are a nice touch for business travelers. Piano, the on-site restaurant, serves breakfast daily (fees apply), and opens a bar at night for cocktails and beer.

Good hotel for the money
Could be perfect but for complications with paperwork: couldn't get at the reception a necessary invoice for the whole amount spent at the hotel (needed for the company's accountant). Location is as convenient as odd at the same time due to the Train Station. Would stay again if not the invoice issues.

Quick stay in Frankfurt
Excellent location. Accomodating staff. Room was small but tidy. Just a few steps away from the Frankfurt HBF. Would stay again if needed just for the convienience of it. Smoking room was available for an additional 10Euro.

When you want to be in the center of Frankfurt
This is the place for you!!!!! You can literally catch any trains from just across the street. s Bahn - U Bahn ... Everything is within 10- q15 minutes waling distance. The staff are helpful & unobtrusive... The savoy is in the type of neighborhood that you might find a lot of train interchanges .... There are some homeless & beggars in the area - it is the nature of the beast... But for getting around ;; and easy kind staff ... Can't be beat Forget about the hamam & gym & solarium & pool on the 9th floor with city views ... 3rd time back in 2 years for me

Quiet and comfortable right by the main station
The Savoy Hotel is conveniently located if you need a place to stay overnight by the Hauptbahnhof (the main Frankfurt railway station). It's modest but clean and comfortable and there's a super German breakfast available early am. You have to pay for wireless access but it's relatively inexpensive. There's small pool but don't expect too much from the fitness center.

Disappointing....
Hotel is tired and needs investment to bring it back to a standard befitting the city and location. Bed was uncomfortable, pillows were covers filled with quilts, toilet was in way of wash hand basin, sink plug didn't work, low ceiling and towel rail mounted over bath meant you banged your head getting in and out of shower (and I am not that tall at 5'7')'. Would expect rooms to be equipped with English language satellite TV channels given cosmopolitan customer base but non-existent except one CNN news channel. Oh, and don't fall for the brand name or 4 stars logo, neither live up to the standard you would equate with the name in the UK, more a 1 star bed & breakfast at best, only positive I can say is staff were friendly and tried to do their best to help but there is only so much you can do with the mediocre facilities. I will not be staying here returning again...

Expensive hotel
Hotel correspond 4 stars, but the price is too high. Also the breakfast is not calculated to the price. The good thing is that they have shower that you can use before 14.00.

Overnight Stay
This hotel is a great deal for the price. Perfect location to use as a start/end point to see the area. Rooms are small but good if all you are doing is sleeping there. Breakfast Buffet was nice but a little pricey. Definetely recommend to others and would stay there again.
