OK for what I paid- popular w/ Arab men
This hotel is near the train station, so it's convenient. But, it's also near the red light district. The hotel definitely needs to be updated. If you are looking for a cheap hotel, it's OK (for students, etc., but I am looking for a bit nicer, as a business traveler).

great staff, great breakfast,
great staff, great breakfast, didnt have a pool but its alright, centrally located in frankfurt - theres heaps to eat around this area but slight word of caution - it is only a few streets from the red light district of frankfurt so on a friday/saturday night you have to be a little careful; but otherwise this place is great! very recommendable.

The room was dirty and very loud,
The room was dirty and very loud, situated between the staircase and the elevator. espacially the bathroom showed some mildew in the bathtub and on the walls. furthermore the only window was broken and could not be opened or closed properly. the staff was not able to fix this during my stay.

Nice hotel at a reasonable rate
The best part of the hotel was that we were able to get ice at the restaurant! That proved to be a real challenge throughout much of Europe.
