This Hotel was over priced for what it was no way would I have thought this was a 4star hotel , no concierge , had to struggle with cases in and out of the hotel

Das Hotel liegt leider etwas abseits;
Das Hotel liegt leider etwas abseits; man muss ein ganzes Stück laufen. Das Zimmer (im Executive-level) ist -den ausgewiesenen Standart des Hotels angelegt- überdurchschnittlich gut, sauber und auch das Frühstück ist bei weitem besser als in vergleichbaren Hotels. Leider wirkte das Rezeptionspersonal etwas überfordert und war, wenn es denn mal auftauchte, keine Hilfe. Auch mutet es etwas seltsam an für eine Zahnbürste, wenn man seine eigene vergessen hat, im Hotel bezahlen zu müssen. Der Preis war für Frankfurter Verehältnisse und die gebotene Zimmerqualität fantastisch! Gerne wieder mit eigener Zahnbürste und keinen Bitten an das Personal.
