Very disappointing
Paid over $500 for a room that was more like a small attic (where you needed to bend down in half of the room so that you don't hit your head) and had space or table to work on a laptop, etc. In middile of the night there was an amonia leak that made it dangerous to be in the room but only after considerable begging (and them smelling how bad it was themselves) did they change me to a different room. My issue was that not only was there no apology or compensation for no sleep and having to change at 1:30 am - the next day the manager was angry at me because his employee gave me another room! It was not a good experience to say the least.

Ottimo hotel ed ottima posizione:
Ottimo hotel ed ottima posizione: la fermata della metropolitana è molto vicina ed è collegata con tutta Francoforte. Il servizio è anch'esso molto disponibile (ho avuto problemi con il riscaldamento e la stanza mi è stata subito sostutuita). Consigliato. Colazione buona.
