Very close to Frankfurt Hbf. Great location for those who have DB/Eurail Pass. Front Desk are very friendly and helpful. Though the room is somewhat small but it's clean and breakfast is good. We'll stay in this hotel again next time.

Was supposed to have free internet - internet was not working (we prepaid so we were sort of hosed.) Also said they had CNN - they did not.

Good location for the train but
Good location for the train but not a good area if you make the wrong turn after leaving hotel. Seedy red light district and drug dealing area nearby. Frankfurt is not a tourist city so the hotel is good for a stopover. Very slow WiFi but free which is a plus in Germany, but would stay here again for the convenience to the train station and airport. Free voucher for the train to the airport which was good. Didn,t have the breakfast as it wasn't included in deal but at 23 Euro per person it was better to eat at the station. Room small but very clean.

Very good hotel, friendly staff
Very good hotel, friendly staff who's very helpful to questions. Next to Frankfurt's main station (Frankfurt HbF). Highly Recommended !!

駅に近いこと、 朝食が充実していること、 熱いシャワーが潤沢に出ること、 冷蔵庫があること、 部屋でもWIFIフリーであること、 長期でも荷物を鍵付きの部屋で預かってくれること、 空港までも使える市内交通フリーパスを宿泊日数分出してくれること。 とてもすばらしいです！ いつもお掃除の人がフロアにいてしっかり掃除機をかけているのが見えたし、レセプションの対応も親切で如才なく、好感が持てます。 駅近なのに意外にも静かです。

事前のメール問い合わせにも迅速に回答が来る。 芝居のチケットの配送先をホテルにしておいたが 問題なく受け取ってくれたうえ、 チェックインの際こちらから言う前に封筒を渡してくれた。 スーツケースの長期預かりも無料で鍵付きの部屋に入れてくれ安心。 旅行でもビジネスでも、フランクを基点に周遊する人にはうってつけのホテルと思う。

駅から道路を隔ててホテルが見えます、このロケーションは何かと便利。 他のレビューに書いてあるように、市内交通無料パスが無料でもらえます。私が申し出る前にあちらから「必要？」と尋ねてくれました。これはフロントマンによって違うのかも。 日本人団体旅行者も多いホテルです。みんな、エレベーター前に集団で立ってると邪魔だよ？いい大人なんだから配慮しようね。
