INNSIDE Frankfurt Eurotheum

This is one of the best Hotels I have ever stayed at, I spend over 100 nights a year in hotels. The entire place feels brand new, not ultra modern, but very current, the rooms are large by european standards. It starts on the 22nd floor, the views are stunning. The Hotel is located perfectly, close to everything. The Hotel is really designed to be an extended stay for the wealthy. The security is overboard, the elevators don't work without the room key, the doors to each floor need a key, then the room, all of this excess is not bad, I felt extremely Safe. The staff was very pleasant, extremely respectful and professional, all dressed in a tie and jacket for the men and women staff. This place has A/C! The last thing I can say is the bed is very comfortable, I slept very very well. I would recommend this place to anyone, I am diamond with another hotel chain and very loyal to them, but the deal here was too good to pass up, I am glad I did!

The hotel is located not far from main train station and walking distance from main atractions in downtown. The room is perfectly decorated, modern design and with nice view of the city.

walkedto and from hauptbahnhof and then to dinner. Got a great recommendation to a traditional German restaurant from the front desk staff. They couldn't have been more helpful. Interesting modern minimalist design rooms. Great value in early October.

A good hotel should be, above all, a great experience for the traveller. The experience in the Innside Eurotherum was disappointing because of the lack of human touch. First, I only book hotels that offer free internet. I saw there was wired Internet available, as they explain in their website. Once I got to the hotel they said that in my room there was no Internet available. I had to pay 20 Euro for the wireless Internet, which was slow. When I complained (politely) I got a “sorry, we are fully booked” but I never saw another soul. Secondly, no safety deposit box in the room! Yes, just like a youth hostel. “ you can leave your valuables at the front desk”. Third, “you can come for our great breakfast, for just 25 Euro per person”. Forget that! Plenty of places around the corner. Fourth: “yes, we have a restaurant but they serve exactly the same as the room service menu”. Fancy! The building is nice. The views are stunning. But you don’t feel you are in a good hotel. You feel you are staying at someone’s apartment while they are gone (and they forgot to leave you the Internet key!). CONCLUSION: If your company pays for this hotel AND if you don’t require Internet to work; AND if you don’t mind leaving your valuables at the reception; go to this hotel. Otherwise, there are plenty of places that will make an effort to keep their clients happy.

I was given a smoking room while I asked for a non-smoking. It did smell awful. The hotel would not change my room and 4pm was too late to look for another hotel. Overall experience was not great.
