If you like a sweat box this place is for you
NO air conditioning in any rooms, was there with a group and we all suffered! The free breakfast was meant for a homeless shelter and there are no snack machines. If you like starving its not bad. Room service has good pizza but how much can you eat that. No ATM machine, what are we in the 1970's?? Loud drunks in the outside beer garden all night so not only do you sweat all night but their is noise. I rather sleep in the airport at least you can get a meal, money and some air conditioning. Would not stay there again!

The hotel is a bit dated, however clean and friendly. Breakfast wasn't included in the price which wasn't clear when boooking, but was a great breakfast anyway, The shuttle service and hotel staff was very good.

Frankfurt layover, on to SFO next morning
Bedding and room decoration were very good. Breakfast buffet was good, wide selection including four kinds of eggs. No one greeted or seated us. No one took our room number. I was shocked at checkout our breakfast had cost 44 euros. The restaurants in the terminal were far better, more variety, better value, more enticing. Free shuttle was always 30 minute wait, over crowded. NH had three times as many shuttles. Hilton has BIG hotel right at Terminal. Holiday Inn Nord was a considerable, 20 drive away.

WiFi ain't free, 3.50 euros for 15 minutes. Why are these companies so GREEDY? Free wifi at airport works fine. Holiday Inn needs to wise up and provide frree WiFi to its guests. (Not pass buck by saying separate company provides the Internet service.)

Good place to stay on my layover
Staff was very friendly and service was excellent. Shuttle bus ride was free and the restaurant was good also.

Overnight stay, waiting for next morning flight.
My second one night stay there. Excellent shuttle service, will stay again if needed.

Super traveler
traveling back to work from vacation
My goal was to relax in a quiet environment on the last leg part of my vacation. My room was located on the third floor of the hotel on the front entrance side. I mention this to point out that from my room I could hear loud (possibly intoxicated) voices coming from the entrance area that went on for hours. The conversation led to singing and shouting that could be heard in my room while I was trying to sleep. Normally I would have contacted the desk but I had already found them to be less than friendly and if I could hear the commotion, I know they could from the first floor. My stay at this hotel was the worst I have experienced and do not plan to stay at that location again while on business or pleasure. It is only fair to mention that the next morning I utilized the restaurant prior to my departure for the airport. I found the wait staff to be highly professional, very friendly, and the food to be the highlight of this hotel.

Nice Stay
The Hotel was perfect, the room was more then I thought it would be and very clean. The resturant was nice and the food was good. The morning breakfast was outstanding! Although the shuttle bus took way longer to get to the airport for pick-up then they said it would, the morning driver back to the airport was very helpful and took me right where I needed to go since I was the only one in the shuttle.
