Good Hotel, Terrible Location
We were very pleased with the Hotel Everest itself. The staff was pleasant, the breakfast was good and the room was large, very comfortable and clean. However, we had to sleep with the window open because of the heat during July. This meant that the neighborhood noise of screaming kids, their screaming mothers and the other neighbors who sat in the circle in the middle of the cul de sac and drank from the corner bar until midnight made sleeping difficult. The location is within walking distance of the train station which made it convenient for us. The price was much less than nearby hotels which made it the hotel that we selected for the two nights in Frankfurt.
