The hotel was excellent and the service brilliant absolutely no complaints at all . Would recomend this hotel to anyone and on our next visit we would hopefully go back there.

If you are taking the train or tram always take a day ticket which allows up to 5 people to travel on the 1 ticket and is so much cheaper.

Easy to get to the airport
the hotel is right next to a train line which made it very easy to catch a train to the airport. It was a total of 30 minutes and 3 euro to get there. Awesome!

Acceptable.
The rooms were clean, average size for European rooms. The staff tried to be helpful; as the drain was slow in the shower of the first room, and when they couldn't figure out how to flip the breaker to on after I blew a fuse with my power converter, they switched me to another room, which worked well. There wasn't A/C in the rooms, but Frankfurt is normally a mild climate. The noise from the trains and the street doesn't bother me, but it might bother someone not expecting it. The price was extremely reasonable, the location isn't bad.

treated with arrogance by staff
treated with arrogance by staff who had assured me that breakfast was included in the price, then charged me for it. I would never stay here after being spoken to and laughed at by management. Don't stay here.

Unmittelbar neben dem Hotel fährt
Unmittelbar neben dem Hotel fährt der Güterzug und die S-Bahnen, wodurch es zum Teil zu erheblichem Lärm kommt.

En general el hotel está bien,
En general el hotel está bien, si no te toca una habitación cerca de las vías del tren. Una cosa que sí echamos en falta fue el poder utilizar un ordenador con conexión a Internet y la posibilidad de poder imprimir. Actualmente es preferible llegar al aeropuerto con la tarjeta de embarque imprimida. Esto, pensamos que se debería tener en cuenta.
