Ok for price
Although hotel was air-conditioned in common areas, no a/c in room. Iron and ironing board available upon request. Blow dryer attached in bathroom seemed to overheat and would constantly shut off, finally had to ask for a "real" blow dryer which was supplied immediately upon request. Otherwise, very clean and comfortable, reasonable driving distance to Alstadt and nice breakfast which was reasonable in price compared to other hotels we stayed in.

Money-saving tip:
In Hotel
Great budget hotel if not traveling in super hot months and can tolerate no a/c in room. We stayed in first 2 weeks of August and although not what we are used to in the US, surprisingly not unbearable. Not a boutique or "old world charming" hotel, very much a "chain feel" but fine for price if staying for a night or 2.
