THE MAIN REASON WE PICKED THIS HOTEL WAS BECAUSE THEY HAD A SHUTTLE TO THE AIR PORT. HOWEVER, I CALLED THEM TO TELL THEM WE WERE GOING TO BE LATE AND THEY INFORMED ME THEY NO LONGER HAD SHUTTLE SERVICE TO THE AIR PORT AS OF " MAY 1." WE ARRIVED IN DUSSELDORF AT 11:30PM AND LEFT THE NEXT MORNING AT 7:30AM. WE PAID CLOSE TO $60.00 IN CAB FARES AND GOT LITTLE SLEEP. THE STAFF WAS POLITE BUT SAID THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO. WE HAD A QUICK BREAKFAST. WE HAD NO TIME TO SEE OR USE ANY THING THE HOTEL HAD TO OFFER. HAD WE KNOWN THERE WAS NO SHUTTLE, WE WOULD HAVE STAYED AT THE HOTEL IN THE AIRPORT AND SAVED A LOT OF TIME AND AGGREVATION

Great Hotel
Great hotel. Close to the train station. Very helpful front desk. The hotel and the room were clean. They provided transportation to the airport, and it was there waiting for us at the designated time. Would recommend this hotel!!

reception lady is so nice and
reception lady is so nice and freindly. She gave some gift to my children,too. room also enough space for my family. only one things is not good, room's smell is so smolky. if we could choose non smoking room ,that's much better.

近代的な設備で新しく、部屋も広く、料金も割安で満足です。
近代的な設備で新しく、部屋も広く、料金も割安で満足です。 ロケーションとしては、街から離れていますが、勝手知ったる街のため問題なく、バス停もUバーン駅も近く、便利でした。 次回も利用したいと思います。 同行者がいる場合には別々に清算したく、現地決済が選択できるとありがたいです。
