Staff was great, rooms clean. pics on website a very deceiving. Rooms are much smaller than they appear and dont expect the Four Points sign to be out front.

Clean but needs updating. Carpet and walls old. The staff was great! Friendly and helpful. Great brewery within 10 min. walk Brauere Schumacher. Was good place for a stop over.

I was in Dusseldorf for a trade fair, which pushes the price of lodging to 3 times the normal rates. The 4 Points came in around the same range (about $300 night) as smaller private hotels I have stayed before, but the Sheraton was much nicer for the money. I had a very large room for Europe, with a desk and generous sized bathroom. The room was clean, everything worked well and the amenities included a robe and slippers! The staff was quite pleasant and helpful and the location is perfect to the center of town and all of the action, as you are able to walk everywhere or take a train. I would book again if back in town.

Horrible, very expensive and very poor service ...

We used Dusseldorf and the Four Points Sheraton as our home base for day trips as we wanted to avoid hauling lots of luggage around. It worked very well for us. We could walk/use trams to get to local attractions and to the train stations for longer excursions. Some of the rooms are quite small so if you plan to put an extra cot in or have a lot of luggage - we had both needs - it can be tight. But the staff cheerfully moved us to a larger room when the first was too small. The 40 Euros for a cot seemed quite pricey and the in-hotel breakfast buffet was much more expensive than you would pay for much more outside, but those were our only complaints. The staff was extremely helpful and their English was quite good.

Great staff , I took ill on the holiday there at 1am in the night the hotel arranged a doctor very quickly, and also helped in changing our airline tickets and went out of there way to get medicines and everthing we needed

We were in Dusseldorf to have a good time in the great nightlife and lively Central part of old Dusseldorf. This hotel was cheap, clean, and within walking distance to anywhere you need to get in the city. Parking was also convienent about 50 meters away and only 12 Euros for 24hours.

Slept. Need better CNN.

Henkilökunta erityisen ystävällistä. Lentokentältä vain noin 20 min ajomatkan päässä taksillla ja päärautatie asemallakin oli vain noin 15 min kävely. Riittävästi erilaisia ravintoloita hotellin läheisyydessä. Wlan toimi satunnaisesti + yhteydet pätki, joten konttorihommien tekoon paikka soveltui huonosti. Huoneissa kokolattiamatot ja suihkusta ei tullut lämmintä vettä, johtuiko remontista?
