Active Suite
By no means a minimalist designer temple, but instead an elegant, comfortable "home away from home" with heart and soul. You can live and work very comfortably in the Loft's 45 sq. meters with its timeless furniture and soft echoes of African styles. Burns Art & Culture loves natural materials like wood and stone. Articles collected personally from all over the world turn the suite into a true multicultural treasure chest. The Loft's layout is clear-cut, unpretentious. Its sculpted furniture looks invitingly comfortable, somehow even familiar. The suite owes its very individual charm to the many distinctive pieces of small furniture and decorative accessories.
Home Suite
The layout of the rooms has been kept strictly symmetrical. The rooms give the impression of intimacy and seclusion, and they offer guest a comfortable, cozy retreat. Both floors have two spacious, mirror-symmetrical rooms. A steel staircase leads to the upper level where the restful, quiet sleeping area is situated. The Maisonette Suite's lower level features a fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom, and a separate living area with a spacious balcony.
Executive Suite
Ingeniously placed partition walls emphasize the spaciousness of the Executive Suite while at the same time creating separate realms for the kitchen, living room, bedroom and entrance area. The dining area is integrated into the living room. Here you can welcome your guests at any time, whether to spend leisure time together or to work. The open-design suite extends over an elegant 51 sq. meters. All possible conveniences have been provided including two television sets and internet access. In other words, virtually everything a modern executive needs for daily life...
Superior Suite
Modern styling heightens your awareness of distant cultures and traditions. A special highlight is the completely private refuge for reading, watching TV or listening to music in the ultra-cozy bedroom alcove at one end of the apartment. The guests can make themselves right at home in the spacious open living area. A three-piece couch and armchair arrangement on one side, the workspace over there, and a dining table seating four people to entertain dinner guests or to just improvise an evening meal. In between there are unpretentious aesthetics, high functionality and lots of comfort. In the Superior Suite you can enjoy relaxing and working just like at home. It's simply superior.
Value Suite
A cultivated, cheerful Mediterranean style dominates in the Atrium Suite. This suite, generously sized at 50 to 70 sq. meters, has a spacious living room area that is open to the bedroom, thus creating a link between work and relaxation. A flagstone terrace in the inner courtyard, where you can enjoy a glass of wine outdoors when the weather is warm enough, contributes to the Mediterranean atmosphere. Finely balanced colors in the rooms create the suite's exceptional atmosphere. The lovely natural stone floor harmonizes perfectly with fine woods and cool steel. Genuine leather armchairs from the 1960s revive the look of days gone by. Typical BURNS!
