Not as good as expected
This hotel was fine as far as it goes, but there were plenty of niggles: finding washing-up in the bathroom sink; being told this was completely normal when enquiring at reception; somewhat unkempt nature of bedroom (peeling wallpaper, faulty aircon). Just a bit underwhelming in the end

Pleasures of Dresden
The Radisson SAS Gewandhus is an excellent hotel located a ten minuet walk from the glories of Dresden--the Green Vaults, the Zwinger and the Semper Opera. the hotels offers first class accommadations and deluxe public spaces facibg a small park. The breakfast buffet was outstanding (food quality, assortment and service) but was not for the budget minded (US $29 per person). we will stay here again on our next visit to dresden!

Die Bedienung im Restaurant war
Die Bedienung im Restaurant war wenig professionell. So wurde benutztes Geschirr erst nach ausdrücklicher Aufforderung entfernt. Bestellter Wein war nicht vorhanden, obwohl in der Karte nicht vermerkt. Die Wartezeiten waren extrem lang.

Bel établissement qui se situe
Bel établissement qui se situe plutôt à un niveau 4* que 5*. Le service est impeccable et le petit déjeuner très copieux. Ensemble SPA appréciable au sous-sol. Seul bémol : la chambre donnant sur l'atrium qui était assez sombre et pas très bien insonorisée. Station de tram/bus devant l'hôtel. Hôtel à recommander !
