The Maritim Rhein Main Hotel is located near the main railway station and the A5 and A67 motorways. The shuttle to Frankfurt Airport runs every 30 minutes during the day and leaves directly from the hotel. The Darmstadt town centre features an attractive pedestrianised shopping centre and is located just a few tram stops away. Sites such as the Mathildenhoehe, Hundertwasser House, Messel Pit fossil site UNESCO World Natural Heritage site and the Hessian Landesmuseum are also located nearby. Really close to the main train

Really close to the main train station, actually you can walk it would only be 5-10 mins, wonderful restaurant, superb breakfast, laundry service a bit dear but then may be I had too much. Lots of wonderful things to see, and really close to the city we just walked took about 20-25 mins really pleasant, The hotel staff were very friendly and it had a great bar where you could just sit and have a drink and relax, would stay again.The room was a bit hot but nothing an open window didn't fix. good stay .
