Frequent business traveler
Dishonest, unorganized and incompetent
I stayed at the Radisson, since it was right next to the Cologne convention center. However, I felt my stay was plagued with vagueness and confusion. The majority of the problems occurred while I was checking out. Basically I found hidden charges that I was completely unaware of, including a 46 euro breakfast. They also refused to use the company credit card which was used for my original booking. In the end the staff appeared incompetent, rude and apathetic. I would not recommend this hotel again. If you do have to attend a conference in Cologne, there is another hotel directly across the street from the convention center that I would highly recommend.

My stay at Raddison Blu in cologne
My stay at Raddison Blu in cologne was very nice. We enjoyed the stay and the hotel is walkable distance from Koln Messe Dutze station. It has a metro station in front of the hotel. The only complaint was the room did not offer breakfast as complementary and 23 Euro for breakfast was a bit expensive!

Ein super Messehotel
Es war alles wie wir uns das erwartet haben. Am meisten begeistert waren wir von Lage: 10 Schritte entfernt von der Messe. Einfach super.

Excellent hotel, chambre spacieuse
Excellent hotel, chambre spacieuse et moderne. Service de chambre très rapide. Sauna très agréable et gratuit. Salle de fitness avec equipement moderne. Proche d'une station de tram + metro et à 2 pas du KolnMesse. Un must !
