Hopper St. Antonius Rooms

- The rooms are beautifully decorated with Italian style furniture, wooden armchairs, wooden floorboards and black marble tile bathrooms. The rooms are simple and the decoration never goes over the top. It is a warm and welcoming impression to enter the rooms.

- The restaurant is decorated in a Belgian coffee house style with huge glass doors, yellow painted walls and photo art on the walls and also with a wonderful courtyard where it is beautiful to enjoy the food. The restaurant is highly recommended.

a building of great character
Good. There was only one armchair for the two of us in the room. The restaurant and bar weren't open in the evenings. The lighting wasn't well distributed in the room. Nice bathroom. Peaceful location in quiet street. Spacious room.

Em Kolsche Boor is a great pub/restaurant serving massive local specialities. Good beer too.

Centrally located to the railway
Centrally located to the railway station which means only a 10 minute walk to the hotel from the station. Excellent breakfast included in the fare. Spotless rooms with en suite facilities. Only problem, the phone line out was not working - the line to outside was not operating from my room the whole time I was there. Other than that, a very nice hotel to stay at and would recommend to others.

A modern hotel that offers large
A modern hotel that offers large rooms (especially for European standards). The location was great, you felt you were out of the city although you were quite close to the central train station. They were flexible with an early check-in that was much appreciated after a long flight from Australia. Not too much in the way of restaurants close by, but nothing that a walk or metro ride does not fix.

A well situated, clean, quiet
A well situated, clean, quiet and comfortable hotel. All was good, the friendly helpful staff were excellent; as was our breakfast. We would go again to this hotel.

We (Mother 87 years old and daughter
We (Mother 87 years old and daughter 56) stayed for two nights. The cathedral and railway station are within walking distance. (15 minutes) We appreciated the underground car park (13€ per day) opposite the hotel. Very spacious room, contemporary style with big windows. The mattrasses are relatively hard. Very quiet. Breakfast between 7 and 11! Nice breakfast buffet, though the eggs were cold. The layout of the bathroom could have been improved in the planning:the toilet paper is situated behind you, the towel rack is inside the shower cubicle with no towel rack outside, but you can work around that. All in all a hotel we would recommend!

Staff very helpful
Tha staff were very helpful and spoke English. The room was clean and comfortable, two rooms plus a bathroom. The hotel has been upgraded and well maintained. The Breakfast was excellent. About a ten minute walk to the Cathedral and Railway station. Only concern would be walking back at night, not a well travelled area. Safe, secure parking facility, cost 13 Euros a day.
