Great little hotel!
We traveled to Cologne to catch a concert at The Luxor and were just staying for one night. Great little room (small for Americans, about average for Europe) with very basic ameneties. If you're looking for a nice, inexpensive, clean, and convenient place to stay, the Conti's the ticket. Don't expect a lot and you won't be disappointed, if you want to spend a lot of time in the room, you may want to look elsewhere. And a hot and varied breakfast is included, too! Enjoy!

Shopping tip:
Short walk from hotel
U-Bahn stop is right by the hotel which we used upon arrival, and we had a liesurely 20+ minute walk to the main train station on the way back.

Our stay at the Conti Hotel was lovely ,the staff were particularily helpful,the location excellent only a short walk/tram ride from the main attractions. Would definately recommend to anyone visiting this wonderful city.
