If this is 4 star then god help anything less!
The room was tiny, the tv almost black and white! And the bathroom so small I had difficulty sitting on the toilet, and I weigh under 195 lbs. No help with bags and no elevator to my floor but 21 stairs! I will never stay at this hotel again. The breakfast was good.
