Acceptable but not what I would
Acceptable but not what I would expect from a hotel in this category. No wi-fi except in the lobby. They had a few network wires to lend out, but not enough. Some of the staff was not very friendly. They don't seem to have personal experience of what it feels like to stay at a modern hotel with excellent service.

Very nice hotel, a little bit
Very nice hotel, a little bit noisy because of central station. Very good service and you will receive city transport tickets for all stay days:)

good location, clean, helpful staff
If you can only speak English, the staff can be an important resource. They were surprisingly nice and helpful at all hours. The location was perfect, right in front of the tram and rail stations. However, this causes some problem with noise. The hotel itself was quiet enough, but directly outside the rail announcements were loud periodically throughout the night. Perhaps I was in a bad section of the hotel for noise, I did not complain so maybe the rooms in the back would be quieter.The room was very clean and comfortable, just the right size. Nice full length mirrors. Lots of cheap dining options available at walking distance, the resturant is pretty expensive. There is also a bar.

Gutes Hotel, für Bahnreisende
Gutes Hotel, für Bahnreisende ideal für Zwischenübernachtungen. Aber, bei [Webseiten]buchungen ist im Zimmerpreis kein Frühstück enthalten. !!! Das kostet 14,-€ pro Person. Im Bahnhof bekommt man selbiges, zwar nicht so ausgiebiges, für 5,-€ pro Person.
