- The Maritim Berghotel Braunlage is situated in one of the most famous holiday locations in Germany, the Harz National Park, serene yet not far from the centre of the city. The hotel is an ideal starting point for the various activities that visitors can indulge in. Skiing enthusiasts can start directly from the hotel with the Wurmberg ropeway, at a height of 972 metres. Families should definitely not miss out on excursions to the mining area of Sankt Andreasberg, the famous Kaiserpfalz in Goslar, or the Fairytale Woods in Bad Harzburg.

Hotel is situated within walking
Hotel is situated within walking distance from Ski Lift and Ski Hire. Sauna, Fitness Centre and Pool is fantastic. "Nightclub" was on the top floor and consisted of a German Folk band covering pop and folk numbers - more suited to an older Clientel. Rooms had nice views over the Harz.
