Fantastic holiday base
The location was just amazing! We had our two children with us! The promenade along the Rhine was just beautiful and very safe. Our two loved the playground. The hotel was lovely! The staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for us!!! Overall it was an extremely positive experience

NH Bingen, a good tourist location
The NH Bingen was centrally located to lots of shopping on both sides of the Rhein River. There was a car ferry and a people ferry near the hotel that made going across the river to many wonderful businesses easy and highly accessible. Being where the hotel is located at made visiting the local castles wonderful. Everywhere we wanted to visit without directions someone in the lobby was able to help us with as many of the staff members in the front lobby spoke quite good english. Make sure when you are booking though if you want to have breakfast in the hotel you also include this while making your reservations. Otherwise as we found out we had to pay 60 euros for 2 rooms for one morning. A little to much for our liking. While I am telling you this though please keep in mind the breakfast was one of the best accomidations I have ever seen in a hotel! The hotel rooms are clean, and housekeeping does a fantastic job daily. Clean, fresh smelling sheets are a daily welcome when you have spent the day visiting all the sites and need to shower and relax. A couple of things I felt should not have been needed asking for was soap, toilet paper, and there were no wash cloths. We are a family that have come accustomed to expecting washclolths with the towels in a hotel, and should've been included daily. Overall though our experience if we had to give a rating we would give it a combined 4 out of 5 stars. We spent a total of 10 days in Bingen and surrounding areas, and do not believe we would spend our time in the NH Bingen but would definitely recommend it to anyone who likes the higher end hotels. Just a bit to much for us.

Everything about the hotel was good, exept for the fact that it is located very close to two railway lines. The noise from trains was quite unpleasant, and there were freight trains running several times during nights.

Traumhaft gelegenes Hotel an der Nahemündung am Rhein. Guter Service und Ausstattung. Zimmer könnten bei einem 4-Sterne-Hotel etwas größer sein.
