Th Agon Frankfurter Allee hotel was a nice and seemingly new property. The building was pristine and very clean, however the surrounding neighborhood wasn't as appealing. Extremely convenient to the subway (a little over a block), the walk to
the hotel was met with a vacant lot, numerous run-down buildings with a lot of gfaffiti, some of which was obscene. All in all, we felt comfortable on our walks to and from the train, and frequented a small convenience store on the corner. The room was comfortable, however the 'triple' was achieved by the addition of a very small cot resembling a day-bed. The room was extremely clean. There was a computer available with free internet access, and the staff was helpful. I would stay here again, for the convenience, and just remember that I was in the largest city in Germany.
