Berlin hotel with fine photography and lithographs close to attractions
The art'otel berlin kudamm, by park plaza is the perfect Berlin hotel for guests who appreciate high design and fine photography and lithography. Displaying original works by the Fluxus artist Wolf Vostell, the hotel is hip, modern, light and energetic. A Real Winner
Modern, clean, and very functional hotel in ideal location to reach from airport and to connect with Berlin transit system. Very comfortable rooms. Good choice of reasonable restaurants close by. Metro entrance almost next door. Strong complementary internet. Pleasant, helpful, efficient staff. Excellent value.

awesome hotel for a great price
I was pleasantly surprised - we had a room on the top floor which despite other reviews I read was much larger than people said. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel staff were super friendly. There was a mini-bar as well as many other amenities in the room. The hotel bar was reasonably priced and though we didn't eat at the hotel, there were many good eateries in the area. Centrally located in Ku'damm and only a quick U-bahn ride away from Mitte, this hotel offered easy connectivity while being situated away from the super touristy area. Lastly, the deal we got was amazing and if we ever return to Berlin, we will stay here again!

Vapiano is just down the street - a great, cheap (but good) place for basic Italian. Also, Salomon Bagels across the street is excellent (and cheap) for a quick breakfast that's still filling.

Great location and value
Perfect location, clean but small rooms (as in all Europe!); tasty and abundant breakfast. Great return for the value.

Perfect location next to Ku´damm,
Perfect location next to Ku´damm, close to Hop on-Hop off busses and shoppingareas (and KaDeWe). Friendly staff who speaks ok english. Didn´t try the breakfast at the hotel, but right across the street there was a nice priced cafe. No allergy pillows available and poor ventilation. Hotel was close to the street with a nightclub on the other side. Sound-proof however was great, and we were not bothered by any sound from the club nor other guests.

Art'otel Berlin Kudamm
Incredibly easy to book [...] and find. Also surprisingly affordable compared to other options on the same night in Berlin. I booked online and was able to check in less than an hour later. Once there I was thankful for the clean room in an amazing location. The room was a little small but the style of it made up for it. I would compare to The Standard in LA or Ace Hotel in NYC. Great option in Berlin!

We had a Double on 6th floor and
We had a Double on 6th floor and stayed 2 nights in June. Positive: Modern, clean hotel a stone through from Ku'dam and Bahnhof Zoo. We were allowed to put our bicycles in the underground parking. Freindly and helpful staff. Restaurants, shops and clubs very near. Can open windows. Rooms on off-street side are quiet. Negative: rooms are very small, clairaudient, shower with curtain leaving entire bathroom floor wet after use, breakfast was not included (13.50 pp). No complimentary water; no coffee maker in the room. We would stay there again.

Clean, friendly hotel in good
Clean, friendly hotel in good location. Decor a bit different but facilities all as to be expected from a decent hotel. Good breakfast! Would use again.
