Ecellent hotel very central. Staff extremely helpful and recommended some good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Room spotlessley clean but bed a little soft for my liking.

Das einzige Nachteil des Hotels sind die Kosten für das W-Lan! Das Hotel verlangt 19 Euro pro Tag oder 75 Euro für 5 Tage !!!

Agréable séjour à Berlin
Séjour très agréable au Westin Grand,Berlin.L'accueil et le service vous mettent dans l'ambiance d'un séjour réussi.Le personnel de l'hôtel toujours aimable d'un grand professionnalisme est à l'écoute des clients .J'y reviendrai volontiers lors d'une prochaine visite à Berlin.

NOLLE est une brasserie berlinoise typique à quatre blocks de l'hôtel,très agréable ambiance très bon rapport qualité /prix et service très sympathique.

Sehr empfehlenswert!
Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, zurückhaltend und immer hilfsbereit! Hervorzuheben ist vor allem die augezeichnete Lage. Man kann vom Hotel aus, in wenigen Minuten, zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten Berlins (Museumsinsel, DHM, Oper etc.) zu Fuß gelangen. Werden einem die Kunst und die Bauten zu viel, so ist man schnell zu einem Spaziergang oder einer Jogginrunde im Grünen im Tiergarten. Also benissimo!

Bell'albergo, situato in posizione
Bell'albergo, situato in posizione ottimale. Criticita': 1) sgradevole e indisponente la scortesia in reception da parte del personale al quale avevamo chiesto di prenotarci in internet una visita ad un sito; altrettanto antipatici nel non infromarci, a precisa domanda, che si potevano noleggiare le bici direttamente in albergo; 2) collegamento wifi a pagamento (ormai in tutto il mondo e' gratis), anche nella hall. 3) premettendo che ritenevo la colazione compresa nel prezzo ( non avevo con me la conferma dellarenotazione per verificare), comunque il prezzo pagato e" da rigenerai scandaloso: 30 euro a persona, piu' caro quasi del pernottamento.

Excellent hôtel situé au cœur
Excellent hôtel situé au cœur du quartier culturel et historique de Berlin (Mitte, ex-sowietischer Sektor). Personnel agréable et attentionné. Chambres spacieuses et calmes (du moins celles donnant sur la Behrenstrasse), mais leur décor est un peu austère et on regrettera l'absence de connexion internet sans fil gratuite. Petit-déjeuner buffet très varié avec des produits de qualité, quoique relativement cher s'il n'est pas compris dans le prix de la nuitée. A recommander globalement.
