Good location and value
The Swissotel was located in a good place for shopping and also easily accessible to the train and buses. The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very quiet.

Unbeatable treat and amazing service
We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. The staff was super professional. We have been staying at the several other Swiss hotels and this was the third time we stayed here at this Berlin hotel.

Swisshotel Berlin
Excellent service, clean room, great location right on subway. Breakfast is pricey, fitness center is small but for 10 euro per day one can use a very nice fitness center about 3 blocks away.

Well-run, modern hotel
Stayed two night for a business trip, my second time in the hotel. Good service from helpful and knowledgable staff. Rooms are modern, spotless and quiet. Good breakfast buffet. The location is right near lots of shopping and close to buses and subway to get around. The only downside was the fitness center, which was tiny. No pool.

Swissotel Berlin was a lovely hotel centrally located by the Zoo garten in Berlin. The staff was very friendly, rooms very spacious and clean. The maid service was fantastic. I definately recommend this hotel.

Exzellentes Hotel für Städtereise
Wir waren für 4 Ubernachtungen hier. Sehr freundliches Personal. Schöne Zimmer. Super Frühstucksbuffet. Einmal hatten wir Abendessen war super ! auch die Bedienung war hervorragend .

nice place to stay
It was our first time in Berlin. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and they clearly wanted to make everything for our comfort. Rooms were spacious, and pretty basic, but big plus for a espresso maker in a room. Breakfast was value of the money, bar at the lobby relaxing and location great for shopping and get around. I´m very happy over all. Would stay again.

Betten nicht 5-Sterne-würdig
Sehr nettes Personal an Rezeption und Bar. Sauberes, geräumiges Zimmer. Aber leider war das Doppelbett extrem hart und ließ einen erholsamen Schlaf nicht zu. Unterbau Spanplatte mit Schaumstoffbelag als Matratze. Für ein 5-Sterne-Haus ein sehr großes Manko! Dieser Umstand veranlasst mich zur doch recht schlechten Bewertung!
