First class Hotel in Berlin's Center
The location, the equipment of room and access to the Exec. Lounge with equipment for continental breakfast, beverages all day, great appetizers until late at night was extremely userfriendly for us.Sightseeing at our own leisure and eating in any of about 10 directly surrounding restaurants in the neighbourhood made this a perfect stay

Excellent, centrally located hotel
This hotel was reasonably priced and we received excellent service. The room was cleaned and looked after several times a day. The staff was friendly, professional and accomodated our needs.

Enttäuscht
Der Aufenthalt war ok. Am ersten Abend haben wir ein Nachtessen aufs Zimmer bestellt, leider fand ich in meinem Menü ein kleines Haar. Am nächsten Morgen haben wir im Hotel für 23.- EUR gespeist. Gemäss Angaben des Hotels hat man bis 11.00 h Zeit um das Morgenessen zu sich zu nehmen. Das Essen wurde bereits um 10.40 h abgeräumt..Wir konnten kaum was essen...Hatte ein Showergel (privat) dabei welches noch halbvoll war. Am Abend bei der Rückkehr ins Hotel war das Fläschchen weg. Sehr unpersönliches Hotel, das fand ich schade! Ansonsten wars ok.

Un séjour réussi
Idéalement placé près des transports en commun , un hôtel très confortable avec un accueil très sympathique.Les chambres donnant sur la Los Angelès Platz sont particulièrement agréables. Un seul petit bémol , le prix un peu élevé du petit déjeûner .

Situé au sous-sol de l'Europa Center sur la TauentzienStrasse , un petit restaurant Italien " L'allegro " avec un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Contrairement à ce que disent certains guides , il est possible de payer pratiquement partout avec une carte Visa

Super Lage, nettes Personal
Ein sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Haus ist nicht mehr brandneu aber gut ausgestattet. Netter kleiner Wellness-Bereich mit Pool und Sauna, sehr gutes, aber recht teures Frühstück. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr freundlichen Personal
Wir konnten schon früh morgens um 9 Uhr unser Zimmer beziehen. Auch bei unserer Abreise wäre es möglich gewesen das Zimmer noch bis Nachmittags zu benutzten. Top Service, auch in dem Restaurant.

Ein schönes Berlin-Wochenende
Vier Freundinnen machten sich ein wunderschönes Theaterwochenende in Berlin. Der Aufenthalt im Steigenberger mit seinen schönen grossen Zimmern, dem überragenden Komfort plus exzellentem Wellnesszentrum trug viel zum Gelingen bei. Auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war überaus erfreulich

Schlechte Ausstattung, reparaturbedürftig
Der Abfluss war verstopft, Make up Spiegel lose, Fenster liess sich kaum öffnen und schliessen, keine Getränkekarte für die Minibar, Duschschlauch war defekt.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix
Hôtel à recommander. Chambres spacieuses, confortables et calmes. Petit déjeuner très complet même si un peu cher. Proche des transports en commun et d'un quartier animé. Ne pas oublier de mettre le panneau "Ne pas déranger" et la chaîne de sécurité le matin et le soir si on ne veut pas que le personnel frappe et entre inopinément.
