The room was okay (bring your own lotion and washcloth) but the front desk was not that helpful. Whenever we asked questions about how to get places, the answers were either vague or incorrect (they confused left and right all the time). One woman gave two prices for a bus tour, disappeared, and when we tried to buy the cheaper ticket, the new woman said that there was only the higher price, and that if we happened to see the other woman at the front desk again, to ask her why she quoted a lower price.

Gerne wieder!
Das Hotel ist sehr modern ausgestattet; die Angestellten sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Lage ist ein grosses Plus. Das Frühstück dürfte hingegen auch an diejenigen angepasst werden, die morgens nicht so viel essen: man könnte auch ein kleines Frühstück anbieten. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert für einen Städtetrip, ich werde das nächste Mal wieder dieses Hotel buchen!

Hyvää perustasoa
Hotellin sijainti oli hieman syrjässä keskustasta mutta toisaalta metroasema aivan vieressä. Kaiken kaikkiaan erittäin toimiva kokonaisuus hintaan nähden.

Neu, modern, zentral, barrierefrei
Neues Hotel von 2012 der schwedischen Scandic-Gruppe. 10% der Räume barrierefrei. Moderner, nüchterner Style, Heizungsregelung über TV - Temp. war zunächst gedrosselt, Badkosmetika aus dem Spender (angeblich wg. Umweltschutz - aber Patiolicht brennt die ganze Nacht). Nette Bar. Kleiner Fitnessraum mit Mini-2-Mann-Sitzsauna in 8. Etage /hotelbenachbart gibt es ein Wellness-Center (Extrakosten). Zimmer zur Straße haben kaum Blick Richtung Potsdamer Platz tund lohnen den Aufpreis nicht. Benachbart U-Bahn Station und LIDL-Filiale sowie in 200m Sony-Center und Spielcasino. Frühstück recht teuer.

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit ökologischer Ausrichtung, gut sortierte RestaurantBar, leider keine MiniBar auf dem Zimmer, aber man kann die Getränke von der Bar mit ins Zimmer nehmen (allerdings recht teuer). Nettes, hilfreiches, junges Personal.

Very good hotel!
I was happliy suprised with the hotel! It was modern and airy with a great breakfast buffet! The Superior Room had great space with a big, comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious. The only negative thing that i found was that the TV didn't have any English channels, except for BBC and SKY news and if you want to have the window open during night time ask for a room towards the back of the hotel, as the front street is busy all night long.
