Berliner Hotelerie ist während der ITB überlastet

Ich habe im November 2011 für 03/2012 gebucht UND bezahlt. Es brauchte 10 min um die Damen zu überzeugen, dass ich kein zweitesmal bezahle. Zum Glück war es ein 2 Bett Zimmer, denn in einen Bett war das Leintuch nicht sauber ....
